After months of back-and-forth negotiations and making good-faith installment payments, we received the final decision on Monday, March 2nd: we must pay at least the $14,840 owed through December 31, 2025, by March 31st. They will send the entire debt, including the amounts owed in 2026, to collections, and we will no longer be able to negotiate to keep our dogs in the facility.

I have been trying to address the monthly shortfall we have faced since 2024, but we have failed to secure the support needed to prevent this situation. Appeals for donations have largely fallen on deaf ears except for the small group of dedicated Pawcasso die-hard supporters who have been amazingly generous and steadfast throughout the years.
